My research proposal regarding how the COVID-19 pandemic presents an opportunity to transform Human Resources Management (HRM) practices was chosen as the research-related contribution of the management sub-group to the Economy of Francesco. Subsequently, I was chosen as one of twelve “Life Economists” from among participants across all subgroups to present proposals that would “help the world move forward” through the Economy of Francis. |
