SJIM Placement Cell mainly focus on delivering thorough business knowledge to students , making them industry ready right from the first day. The process focuses on the all- round development of students and a fruitful movement of students from campus to corporate.

Our Career Advancement Training programs, includes placement training modules which helps student to know where they stand and where they need improvement.
Our Training (CAT) modules for students align to the business needs and employer expectations. Pre-placement training such as resume writing, group discussion and mock interviews are also conducted. Industry Internship Program at SJIM :
Industry Internship Program (IIP) at SJIM is a great mechanism for the students to engage and evaluate interesting industry segments from their resources to make a pitch for a pre-placement offer (PPO). Summer Internship is a part of the course curriculum for the students. IIP is mandatory and the Internship usually starts in the first week of April and ends in the last week of May with duration of 8 weeks, full time. After the completion of the Summer Internship the students are required to submit the Internship report along with the company feedback. Thereafter, the students are evaluated based on the presentations of their Summer Internship projects.
Following are the outcomes of the IIP:
• Provide a transitioning bridge between theory and practice for the students.
• Help forge strong relationships with the corporate for the Institute.
• Create a longer connect between the faculty and the industry, for assessing the outcomes delivered during the program and to fine tune it to meet industry requirements.
• Ensure greater access to the faculty who offer student mentorship & evaluation to make them industry-ready during the internship. Gains of the IIP
