The Center for Business Research was the inception of Antony Joseph S.J., Rector and Vice President of BJES, with the express intent that SJIM will not be a passive transmitter of business knowledge, but rather, an active creator and disseminator of knowledge in management. The Center operates under the guidance of Dr. Peter S.J., the Director of SJIM. The SJIM management keenly appreciates and emphasizes that the output of the Center should be rigorous, peer reviewed and in keeping with the highest international standards for research. The management takes an active role in the Center, providing it with resources, infrastructure and encouragement.
