St. Joseph’s Institute of Management celebrated the feast of St. Ignatius of Loyola on 27th July 2022, who founded the Jesuit Order which has brought about massive positive change over the decades including educating the minds at SJIM. To celebrate the occasion, a small cultural program was held for the students wherein the Director, Rev Dr Manoj D’Souza SJ, explained to the students the significance of St. Ignatius to the Jesuit order & how they can learn from the life he led.

The festivities resumed with the students of the 2nd year performing a melodious rendition of songs written by St. Ignatius & enacting a skit showing his journey from soldier to saint. Other highlights of the event were the finals & result announcement of the poster making & quiz competitions that had been carried out over the past week. The students thoroughly enjoyed & participated the event & even found some inspiration for their own lives through St. Ignatius of Loyola.
