The Operations Conclave 2022 was held on 7th December 2022, Wednesday. The event began with the dignitaries lighting the ceremonial lamp accompanied by a prayer song by the college choir. The Director, Rev Dr. Manoj D’ Souza SJ, & the Dean, Dr. A. R. Rajagopalan, extended a warm welcome to the guest speakers for the conclave themed “Automation and Digitalization in Operations”.

To begin, Dr. Radhika Mahadev, Head of Robotic process automation at Merck Life Sciences expressed her views about RPA and its opportunities. Following which, Mr. Amritanshu Kumar, Co-Founder and Operation Head of TrackNerd outlined the Automated Customer Service Process. To conclude, Mr. Jayakumar Balasubramanian, Director at Emertxe Technologies extended his vision on online training courses and their challenges in the future. A lively question and answer session was held at the end where students got to interact with the speakers & dive a little deeper into the subject. Mr. Rohan Jacob, the Operations Domain Head proposed the vote of thanks to close the event.
