St. Joseph’s Institute of Management (SJIM), Bangalore is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Rajiv Noronha as the new Dean.

Dr. Noronha brings with him over three decades of experience in Human Resources and Manufacturing Operations, having held leadership roles in premier organizations including TCS, Infosys, Reliance Industries, L&T, and the Murugappa Group. Since 2024, he has served as an independent consultant specializing in Strategic HR and Organizational Development (OD).

His extensive contributions to industry-academia partnerships include the design and rollout of certificate courses and UG/PG degree programs in Business Process Management and Big Data Analytics. Dr. Noronha has also contributed to NASSCOM’s BPM rebranding and served on the HR Excellence Committee of CII Karnataka.

A Chemical Engineering graduate from NIT Warangal and Fellow of IIM Ahmedabad, Dr. Noronha is a published author and thought leader in the areas of talent management, organizational culture, leadership, and performance management. He has received numerous accolades in recognition of his contributions to academia and industry.
