Faculty Development Programme

The Faculty Development Programme at St. Joseph's Institute of Management was organized from 25th to 28th May 2026 ,for all faculty members over three days, focusing on academic excellence, personal growth, and outcome-based education.

The programme covered insightful sessions on Leadership Insights from World Religions and Cultivating Happiness Quotient by Rev. Fr. Henry D'Almeida SJ. Sessions on Building Excellence with NLP and AACSB Updates were delivered by Dr. Carent Rodrigues, while Outcome Based Education (OBE) was handled by Dr. Anup Krishnamurthy.

The FDP provided faculty members with valuable perspectives on leadership, accreditation standards, teaching effectiveness, and holistic development, contributing towards strengthening academic quality and institutional excellence.
