Fr. Dr. K. S. Casimir, S.J., Director of XLRI – NCR Delhi Campus, addressed the Business Ethics class at St Joseph's Institute of Management (SJIM), Bangalore, offering deep insights into the evolving role of ethics in today’s business world.

Highlighting the powerful forces shaping the future—digitalization, entrepreneurship, and sustainability—Fr. Casimir emphasized the need for innovative thinkers, passionate doers, and collaborative spirits. His talk encouraged students to approach ethical leadership with a forward-looking mindset, equipping themselves to navigate the complex and fast-changing global landscape.
