“The key to success is to start before you are ready” – Marie Forleo

The students of St. Joseph’s Institute of Management, Bangalore participated in SYNECTICS – 2K22: A National Level Business Fest organized by Kristu Jayanti College, Bangalore; where they were given a platform to showcase their knowledge and skills in a real time scenario. The fest was conducted between 05th April, 2022 to 08th April, 2022 in hybrid mode, having the final round at the KJC campus on 08th April, 2022 followed by the valedictory function. The event had teams from 32 well known Business Schools across 6 different states. The students of SJIM participated in all the domains of the fest and were declared the winners in Plan – Z(Best Management Team), Humanix (HR), Finmeister (Finance), Metasell (Marketing) & runner up in Bizvisory (Business Quiz). In addition, SJIM was awarded the overall Contingent Runner Up for the fest. The management proudly celebrated all the winners and participants of the event.
