With over seven years of professional experience in leading organizations such as Freshworks and Salesforce, Ms. Gnanavi shared valuable perspectives on how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are transforming modern businesses.

The session began with an overview of ERP systems as integrated platforms that streamline organizational functions such as finance, human resources, operations, and sales. Ms. Gnanavi emphasized the importance of ERP systems in ensuring data consistency and supporting informed decision-making across departments.

St. Joseph’s Institute of Management (SJIM) successfully hosted Operations Conclave 2025 on September 27, 2025, under the theme “The Next Frontier in Operations by Integrating Technology and Talent.” The conclave focused on how the fusion of human expertise and technological innovation is transforming operational excellence across industries.

The event began with a traditional inauguration ceremony, graced by Rev. Dr. Roshan David Pereira SJ (Director), Dr. Rajiv Noronha (Dean), Fr. Prashanth Wesly D’Souza (Finance Officer), along with Faculty Coordinator Komal J D’Souza and Mr. Mohith G (Head of Operations Domain).

The session featured five thought-provoking student presentations on emerging operational trends such as sustainability, service innovation, automation, and AI integration.
Distinguished industry speakers brought valuable real-world perspectives:

The conclave also hosted a Narrative Poster Presentation Competition to encourage analytical thinking and creativity among students.

Conclave 2025 stood as a testament to SJIM’s mission of fostering industry-academia collaboration and preparing future leaders for the evolving landscape of operations management.
