To enhance the existing programs for student development and career prospects, St Joseph's Institute of Management (SJIM) periodically organizes sessions with industry experts. The recent guest speaker was Sundaram R M, a seasoned University Recruitment Leader with 18 years of experience in the talent acquisition field. Currently, he oversees the recruitment for post-graduate and professional programs in India, as well as campus recruitment for the EMEA region at Infosys.

Sundaram, who holds a PGDM and has a wealth of experience from his time at HSBC, Vodafone, Videocon Telecommunications, Philips, Yes Bank, and Infosys, shared valuable insights with our students. His passion for early talent development and career guidance was evident. The session provided students with a deeper understanding of Infosys and sparked lively interactions, with students eagerly asking many insightful questions.
