St. Joseph’s Institute of Management (SJIM), Bangalore, inaugurated the 30th PGDM Batch
(2026–28) on 1st June 2026 at Loyola Auditorium, welcoming students into a new phase of
academic and personal growth.
The programme began with a welcome address by Rev. Dr. Roshan David Pereira SJ,
Director of SJIM, who warmly welcomed the incoming batch and encouraged students to
make the most of the opportunities ahead through dedication, discipline, and values-based
learning.
The inaugural ceremony was graced by Sreekanth K Arimanithaya, CEO of Xarpie Labs,
as the Chief Guest, who addressed the students and shared insights on leadership, innovation,
and adapting to a changing business environment.
The event was presided over by Rev. Dr. Daniel Fernandes SJ, Rector and President of
Bangalore Jesuit Education Society. Also present were Dr. Rajiv Noronha, Dean, and Rev.
Fr. Prashant D’Souza SJ, Finance Officer.
The inauguration reaffirmed SJIM’s commitment to fostering academic excellence,
leadership, and values-driven education for future management professionals.
