St. Joseph’s Institute of Management (SJIM), in collaboration with the NHRD Bangalore Chapter, proudly announces an 8-week live online certificate course focused on HR Analytics for Business Performance.

This program has been co-designed with analytics practitioners from Wipro (services perspective) and ITC (manufacturing perspective), and will be delivered by experts from these organizations along with experienced faculty from SJIM.

Course Overview

This is a practical, hands-on, and application-oriented course tailored for HR professionals, business managers, and aspiring analysts who want to enhance their data- driven decision-making skills in HR.

No programming experience is required — the course uses Excel and Excel-based add-ins to make HR analytics accessible to all.

Wednesdays & Fridays: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
