The Business Analytics Domain of St. Joseph’s Institute of Management (SJIM) successfully hosted the Business Analytics Conclave 2025 on November 8, 2025, centered around the thought-provoking theme “Hallucination in AI as a Productive Force!”. The event aimed to explore how artificial intelligence, often criticized for its “hallucinations,” can instead serve as a creative catalyst for innovation when guided by ethical and human-centered approaches.

The conclave commenced with a lamp-lighting ceremony and a welcome address by Rev. Dr. Roshan David Pereira SJ, Director of SJIM setting the tone for an intellectually stimulating session.
The keynote address was delivered by Mr. Rupesh Lochan, Head – AI Centre of Excellence & AI Platform, TCS. He urged participants to view AI hallucinations not as system flaws but as potential sparks of creativity that can drive meaningful innovation when responsibly guided.

A dynamic panel discussion followed, moderated by Mr. Logeshweran, a first-year student, featured:
