On 21st August 2025, St. Joseph’s Institute of Management (SJIM) had the privilege of hosting Mr. Rajesh Rajan D, Head HR at Bhanzu, for an engaging and thought-provoking guest lecture at the Loyola Auditorium. The session, attended by the first-year students, highlighted the evolving role of Human Resources in today’s business world.
Mr. Rajan emphasized that HR is no longer limited to administrative responsibilities but has transformed into a strategic growth catalyst—shaping organizational culture, driving innovation, and fostering business success. He also shed light on the career potential in HR.
