On 21st August 2025, St. Joseph’s Institute of Management (SJIM) had the privilege of hosting Mr. Rajesh Rajan D, Head HR at Bhanzu, for an engaging and thought-provoking guest lecture at the Loyola Auditorium. The session, attended by the first-year students, highlighted the evolving role of Human Resources in today’s business world.
Mr. Rajan emphasized that HR is no longer limited to administrative responsibilities but has transformed into a strategic growth catalyst—shaping organizational culture, driving innovation, and fostering business success. He also shed light on the career potential in HR.
The lecture was interactive and reflective, as students explored topics such as:Why do HRs keep changing companies? And What is the impact of AI on HR careers?
