Synectics 2k18, the management fest of Kristu Jayanti College was conducted on the 5th and 6th October 2018. The fest revolved around the entire management domain and was organized at a large scale with 30+ colleges taking part in the fest. This fest helped the students compete and gain lot of experience from different challenges and colleges.

Notable achievements to SJIM at Kristu Jayanti College fest “Synectics 2k18”:
• Overall “Runners Up” bagged by SJIM
• Rajeev bagged the first place under the Photography Domain. He was awarded a cash prize, trophy along with a certificate.
• Aayush and Akriti bagged the First Place under the HR Domain. They were awarded a cash prize, trophy along with a certificate.
• Vishwanath bagged the First Place under the Best Entrepreneur Domain. He was awarded a cash prize, trophy along with a certificate.
• Cyril Thomas and Jopaul bagged the Second Place under the Marketing Domain. They were awarded a cash prize, trophy along with a certificate.
• Mekha George and Abraham Babu Joseph were among the top 4 Finalists under the Finance Domain.
• Melvin Thoams and Thomas Mathew were among the top 3 under the Business Quiz.
• Regeena, Niel, Shruthi and Glen were among the top 4 finalist under the Best
• Management Team.
• Amar and Edrin were among the top 3 under the IT/CSR.
• All our students either bagged a prize or were in the finals.
