SJIM students present a paper at an international conference organized by IISc


Second year students Conroy Fernandes, Gazala Kareem and Prajwal M S presented their Paper "A Clustering - Prediction Model for Real Time Tracking of Vehicles - A Case Study of tracking BMTC Buses using NIMBUS" at the International Conference on Business Analytics and Intelligence 2016 held at The Indian Institute of Science. The trio are currently working on the SJIM incubated NIMBUS application and this work was carried out as a part of the ongoing project. The students got a chance to rub shoulders with various industry delegates from companies such as Oracle India Pvt. Ltd., HewlettPackard and Mercedes-Benz India. and academic delegates from prestigious universities overseas in USA and UK. The presentation was well received by the Chairperson and the audience.
